Aryna Sabalenka
Her birthplace was Minsk in Belarus. Her father Sergey (d. in 2019) was an ice hockey player. Aryna Sabalenka, a Belarusian born on May 5, 1998. Her career has seen her win twelve WTA singles championships, which includes a Grand Slam in the Australian Open in 2023. As a doubles specialist She also took home both the US Open of 2019 as well as the Australian Open of 2021 with Elise Mertens. With the Belgian tennis player, she also took home an award called the WTA 1000 in Indian Wells and Miami in 2019, thus completing her the Sunshine Double. Four couples only managed to make it happen in women's doubles. Only four couples who achieved this feat during women's doubles. Following her victory at the Melbourne doubles tournament in February 2021, she was able rise up the rankings and take over the top spot on the list of that particular specialty. Dmitry Tursunov (a former Russian tennis player) was her coach for a portion of the 2019 season as well as from the year 2018 until end. Dieter Kindlmann and her were briefly together from August to September 2020. Antonio Dubrov is her coach who has been with her since at the beginning of 2020. Serena Williams & Maria Sharapova have been her inspirations.
